The Wool Walker felt slippers are custom made by hand. We do not use any industrial machines. Each pair of felt slippers is produced using the felting technique from 100% natural wool. The shop owner Dovile has her studio in city Vilnius, Lithuania (European Union). This is a small country near the Baltic Sea. Wool Walker items are handmade to order.

MAKING TIME All items at Online Shop WoolWalker.com are custom made by hand in 1-2 weeks. BUT please do not hesitate to contact us if you need the item more sooner. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & TRACKING We do ship International. All items will be shipped from European country Lithuania. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING takes up till 2 weeks We are using the Lithuania Post /AB Lietuvos paštas service to send the packages abroad. We do use Registered Priority Air Mail with Tracking number. Please note! With the Tracking number you can only check the date when your item was shipped. Sorry but here is no possibilities for online tracking for the parcel abroad as the postal company do not offer such service.
